Speak Your Truth
Presence & Connection for the Moments
When Your Voice Must Land
Your voice matters. So does what you say, where you say it, who is in the room and how you deliver it.
A compelling message can lose its power when the stage, audience or delivery is out of alignment. A transformative talk brings the right idea, the right story, the right room and the person delivering it into relationship with one another.
Whether you are preparing for a TED or TEDx stage, a keynote, panel, media appearance, podcast or another defining moment, we help you discover and refine what you truly want to say—and how to say it in a way that people feel, remember and carry with them.

Alignment Before Performance
A message has power when the person delivering it is in relationship with what they are saying. People feel the difference. You can memorize a polished keynote and leave a room untouched; you can speak imperfectly from something deeply embodied and have someone remember your words years later.
The objective isn’t perfection. It’s the alignment and resonance in between:
- What you believe
- What you have experienced
- What you know
- What you are willing to question
- What you say
- How you say it
- The audience and context in front of you
- The change you hope to create
When those elements come together, communication stops becoming a performance. It becomes resonance, connection and presence.

You Don’t Need to Become a Better Version of Someone Else
There is a difference between learning presentation techniques and becoming a more powerful communicator. Technique can help, but it cannot replace connection.
Our work looks at what you are trying to communicate, why it matters to you, where the message becomes generic or overworked, and where your natural intelligence, humor, vulnerability or personality are getting edited out.
The goal isn’t to make you sound more like a professional speaker, but to help you get aligned with your message and resonate with your audience.
That often means simplifying: letting go of language that sounds impressive but doesn’t feel inherently true, finding the story and visuals that deliver the idea more powerfully than a slide ever could, and creating the alignment and confidence so you can stop clinging to the script and actually connect with the room.
A memorable talk usually has one central idea holding everything together. Yet many speakers begin with too much: years of expertise, research, credentials, personal experiences, multiple messages and dozens of stories competing for attention.
We begin by finding what’s in authentic alignment with your work, so your voice matches it. What is the heart and authentic idea underneath everything else? What do you want the audience to feel when they leave? What belongs in this talk—and what may be more appropriate for another platform or conversation?
Then we help you shape the aligned narrative: language, tension, surprise, specificity, emotional resonance and the balance between story, substance and sustaining impact. Finally, we bring the talk into the body through voice, pacing, pauses, movement, eye contact and the confidence to truly connect with the room rather than simply deliver a script.

Embody the Message
Authority doesn’t require performance or credentials. The most compelling voice emerges when you stop trying to sound like a professional, well-rehearsed speaker and begin speaking from your heart.
We work toward presence and connection rather than polish for polish’s sake: resonating with the material so deeply that your body, voice and attention can stay connected to the audience. The aim isn’t to eliminate nerves; it is to keep nerves from disconnecting from your message and the audience.
Speaker Coaching & Training
No two speakers need the same kind of guidance. Some arrive with a nearly finished talk that needs alignment, sharper structure and language. Others have a powerful body of expertise but still feel that the magic is buried in the script. Some are comfortable on stage but need a more authentic voice and story; others have an exceptional idea and need help trusting themselves enough to deliver it with soul and heart.

The Stage Is Part of the Message
Powerful communication is not only about delivery. Alignment with the narrative matters. The room matters. The audience matters. The introduction matters. The assumptions people bring into the room matter. Even what you wear matters.
People pay attention to what happens before you speak: how the talk is positioned, how you are introduced, what the audience already believes, what they need to trust you, and what context will help the message land. A compelling talk on the wrong stage to the wrong audience can create the wrong impression. Or at least not the one you intended.
Alignment is therefore not only internal. It is also relational—between the speaker, the message, the audience and the opportunities you wish to create.
TED and TEDx helped redefine what a powerful short-form talk can do, but not every meaningful idea belongs in that format—and your speaking life should not depend on one stage.
The same core idea may need to become a 12-minute TEDx talk, a 45-minute keynote, a panel contribution, a podcast conversation, an executive presentation or a media interview. The form changes. The central idea and your relationship to it remain coherent.
Different Backgrounds, Different Voices, Different Stages
Different generations, backgrounds, personalities and lived experiences mean that there are different stages, audiences and messages. This work isn’t about fitting one model of what a speaker should look or sound like, nor that one high-profile stage fits all, because it doesn’t.
It’s about finding the clearest expression of what is uniquely yours to say—and making sure the delivery doesn’t erase the person behind it. It also means that we identify what aligns and resonates with you so your platform reaches who you want to reach and achieves your intended outcome.
When alignment and resonance aren’t there, those who you’re trying to reach won’t feel it.

This Work Is for You If…
- You have an idea that matters, and you’re ready to share it.
- You want your message to be clear, compelling and memorable.
- You are preparing for an important TED/TEDx talk, keynote, panel, podcast, interview or media appearance.
- You want a stronger story, structure and language without becoming overly scripted.
- You want more confidence, presence and ease in the room.
- You want the stage and audience to be aligned with what you are trying to communicate.

Renee’s approach is shaped by decades on both sides of the message: helping people find and communicate their ideas, and standing on stages herself as a speaker, moderator, interviewer and curator.
That combination matters. She understands the strategic questions behind a talk—positioning, audience, relevance, differentiation and narrative—while also understanding the very human reality of delivering it: nerves, timing, energy, memory, presence and the strange experience of trying to sound natural while hundreds or thousands of people are watching.
Her work across technology, media, branding, entrepreneurship, travel, human potential and consciousness also helps her translate complex or unconventional ideas for broader audiences without flattening what makes them authentic, powerful and interesting.
When your message and presence are
aligned, your vision, product, service,
book or talk turns into a legacy.
Ready to Take the Stage?
The first conversation is about more than dates and deliverables. We look at the opportunity in front of you, what you want the audience to experience, where you feel clear, where you feel stuck and what success would actually look like.
- Sometimes the answer is a stronger talk.
- Sometimes it is a clearer idea.
- Sometimes it is changing the structure, the story or even the stage itself.
Wherever you are starting, the goal is the same: to help you authentically say what is yours to say with alignment, resonance, clarity, courage, and presence so that people can both feel and connect to it.

YOUR IDEA. YOUR STORY. YOUR VOICE.Let’s shape it. Let’s share it.
